Kristen Sienkiewicz
Kristen Sienkiewicz, an active chamber and orchestral horn player, performs regularly throughout the Boston area with ensembles such as the Plymouth Philharmonic, the Atlantic Symphony Orchestra, the Callithumpian Consort, and numerous others.

In 2008 she joined Bala Brass, a Boston based brass quintet with international acclaim. Actively engaged in furthering the brass quintet genre, Bala was invited to participate in a residency at the Banff Centre during the summer of 2009. Their 2009-2010 season marks the beginning of a residency at the Southern New Hampshire University, and will include a recital entirely of premiers at the University in April.

Kristen maintains an active horn studio in the Boston area and also teaches at Gordon College and the Southern New Hampshire University.

Born and raised in New York, Kristen completed her undergraduate work at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester under the tutelage of W. Peter Kurau. She received her Bachelor of Music in both Performance and Music Theory, and was awarded the school's prestigious Performer's Certificate. Mrs. Sienkiewicz continued her studies in Boston with Jamie Sommerville and Daniel Katzen at the New England Conservatory. There she earned both her Master of Music and a Graduate Diploma with a concentration in Music-in-Education.
